Ok I'm desperate.. I changed my power steering pump and serpentine belt followed by my power steering rack and at low speed and maneuvering it's still really hard to turn left especially when the brake is slightly being used.. Also the power steering pump is heard during that time. Other than that the car steering is ok whilst accelerating and moving.. Anyone had this scenario before and was it remedied.. Tried Google and iv got different recommendations ranging from tire pressure to bleeding the system. Iv a 2010 police package. Thanks in advance..

I had the same issue. I had the pump replaced and it was faulty. Had a new one in and it didn't fix it. Put all new lines in and still didn't fix it. Ended up being a plugged rack and pinion. I could hear the pump at start up and the fluid was really low. I had to remove the power steering fluid cap, with the car on, steer the wheel back and forth fully to each side for a few minutes and it worked all the air bubbles out. Error free since.
