For peace of mind can yall tell me if I can just make sure tbe master cyl fluid stays partially full then bleed. Starting at back right(BR)then FL,BLFR? On site i kept reading about trouble with abs systems getting air bubs and needing scan tools and spec pumps to do it right.
Tks, atm i cant afford to tow a brakeless car to get it bled right. Ha

I'm not aware of a way to safely bleed an abs without the scan tool. I've seen reverse bleeders that claim they can do it but the auto bleed is the only thing i know that'll open those valves on a parked vehicle. I'm not sure anything besides the scan is actually safe to use on your car.

To help you out a bit a lot of lower cost scan tools can do the bleed procedure. I picked one up last week for 250 at advance auto but I can almost guarantee anyone and other places have it cheaper. Just make sure it specifically says it can do abs service.

I didn't get a bleeder ball but the one person method works beautifully.

The usual way to bleed brakes is
right rear(passenger side)
left rear (drivers side)
right front (pass)
left front (driver)
If your bleeding with a scan tool follow instructions as it will probably different from above manual bleeding instructions
After each wheel check master fluid level don't let it go dry.
What is the reason you are bleeding the brakes ??
Broken line
Caliper replacement
Master
