2011 Impala - Driver window out of alignment

Does anyone have an image, like an X-Ray, of what the inside of a 2011 door looks like indicating what holds the window in place, specifically the rails along the upper part of the door frame? I need to figure out how to put the window back in the rail, if there is one, or even start guessing on what I need to do to fix it.

I got cut off today, spilled 2 XL coffees and an iced cappuccino all over the passenger side. Fortunately the seat didn't take much of a hit, but, my passenger door and floor mat did. The good news is that I have plastic molded floor covers for all four floor boards, so, "damage" was minimal in that respect. Best $200 I spent in this case.

I've had the car since March. Hense the rage I'm about to describe.

When I finally stopped and got to work, I got out and slammed the driver side door shut, and hard. Unfortunately the window was down, and I seem to have dislodged it from a rail or something. The window starts to go up, and about half way, the regulator starts to have problems pushing the window up. There is no grinding noise, or anything of the sort. I tried squeezing my fingers inside the slot to see if I can coax the window up or onto the rail, but no go. I can see that the window is kind of pushing towards the side view mirror and not up the slot intended. The window seems to be pretty solid and no wiggling in and out at any point on the way up, but I did notice that the window was kind of pushed forward. I could move the window within the slot, forward and backwards, but, that didn't seem to do much.

I checked out a video on how to replace a regulator, as I just wanted to find out how to take the inner door panel off, and was dismayed that the entire panel where I need to get my fingers to is covered in sheet metal. So I'll need guidance on what to do to fix my problem. I saw a post from this forum about checking out ehow, but anything I looked there was extremely generic.

[Comedy relief for you, the viewer]
As for the anger management suggestions I know some of you are thinking... I'm being already punished on so many ways....

If the coffee wouldn't have spilled, I would have cussed and that would have been the end of it, end of story.
I wouldn't be making this post.
I'd have my coffees, I'd have my ice cap
I'd not be pissed off at myself for hurting my car for SUCH a stupid reason.
I'd not be sitting here drinking this coffee with no cream (I do XL-TT) and making funny faces at how aweful it tastes without the cream.
I can't go get another coffee because of the rain and my issue with open windows in heavy downpours. :p
