65 Caprice wagon?

Before I would do anything, I would check the title. Why? Because it doesn't look any 65 I have ever seen. It's a 66 near as I can tell. Now maybe you have a freak of nature, or a car that was titled wrong because of manufacturing times, etc, however that's clearly a 66 front end and 66 tail end. Let us know what the title says.

65 caprice wagon

Also put up some pics of the dash. You may have a very rare car. I have seen lots of 65 caprice cars, and they all match up correctly. I can't see why the wagon would be different. The Caprice was new in 65 as a package, and by 66 had it's own name and was the top of the line, I just have never seen one like this.

Sorry missed that last post of you knowing it was a 66. That will teach me to slow down.

66

Thanks for the forgiveness. I just saw the post and couldn't believe that of all the original post I read that no-one noticed it wasn't a 65. I guess the older I get I forget that not everyone knows lots about the older cars. I have been a car nut my whole life and much doesn't get by me. However even though I have owned lots and my newest impala was an 06 LTZ, I sort of have just given in to not maintaining my current knoledge so I guess I should not expect others to know everything about the older ones either.
