No, it's a TBI car.

Fuel Filter is on the passenger side frame rail.

It has two quick release clips on it, and will come right off.

Thank you very much. Pardon my ignorance, but what is TBI?

Throttle body injection.

MOST cars of that era had one for the engine. A few models (1982 Corvette, first generation Dodge Intrepid with the 3.5 V-6) had two.

The TBI replaced carburetors, and had a solenoid which could adjust the air-fuel mixture so many times per second. There were not individual fuel injectors for each cylinder.
