I was just wondering what the OEM wheel and tire size is on a 2014 Impala Limted LTZ? What is the lug pattern and wheel diameter and the general specifications for it? I’m looking at putting aftermarket rims on and I want to make sure I can get the right fit.

As for the OEM wheels on a '14 Impala Limited LTZ, they are 7" wide with a +52mm offset. Center bore is 70.3 mm, and bolt pattern is 5x115, as stated above.
I'm running the stock 235/50-18 tire size on 8" wide BBS aftermarket wheels with a +36mm offset on my car, which locates the wheels out closer to the fender line. See pic in my sig.
