(Chevy Impala, Nissan Altima)? Not only for Cargo space but for interior space, comfort, amenities (e.g. Satellite radio?), and mileage (since we're paying for gas in our 3-hour trip each way, plus touring around in-between)?
This is for two adults, a 10-year-old, and two 9-year-olds.

Altimas have good interior space.

I personally loathe the G6 and am ashamed of pontiac for piss poor door pilar placement and the damn low roof line. When you are 6'+ they are making new cars SOOO uncomfortable to get in and out of. I have a Malibu Maxx for a daily driver and I love it. The roof line is high, and its comfortable to climb in both front and back, not to mention rear leg room is amazing for a small mid size car.

Rant over.
