I have a 93' Buick Roadmaster. The airconditioning does not seem to blow but the compressor is clicking on when engine running, and the condensor ( I think it is called the condensor) is getting cold with water droplets forming around it Which usually means the air conditioning should be working. I already took out the blower and checked it, but it ran without a problem off of a 12V car battery. I am not sure but I think it could be in electronics somewhere due to the car being so old and having so many miles on the engine. (Lots of stop and go traffic, 173,000 miles worth.) And the blower that I checked was the one just above the floor of the passengers seat, incase there is another blower I am unaware of.

If it is auto climate control, it requires a check of temperature sensors and thermostatic activation devices.

Check overall system pressure through service port and temperature at vents, with thermometer if possible.
