Not sure what it is worth (check Edmonds or KBB), but keep in mind that it is relatively easy to swap in a mid-70's Olds 350 and create a really nice car. I did several Old Cutlass diesel cars way back when. You should check emission laws/checks before doing it, but many don't test diesel cars so you won't be tested at all.
