I Have Seen Listings For Belairs For Sale That Say 150/210. What Does That Mean?... Motor Size, Hp, Or What? And How Would I Know If My Bel Air Is 150/210?

belair

I am pretty sure those were what they called the models under the Belair. The belair was top of the line until 1958 when they started to make the Impala.

I believe they were the model numbers on the tri-5 chevy's '55-'57.

150/210

Bel Air was the top model line from 50 to 57. The mid line model was 210, generally having spaece chrome or stainless trim. The 150 was the base line model and gerneally had no extra trim beyond the grill and bumpers. Later Bel Air became the mid line model, Biscayne the base model and Impala the top model. Hope that helps. Jim
