Washer Inoperable
Hi Everyone,
I would like to ask for your advice on an issue my 2007 Chevy Impala has. I noticed recently that the windshield washer is inoperable. There is fluid in the reservoir, the hoses are connected, but there is no noise when starting the washer. I though the motor is dead.
Took the vehicle to the Chevy dealer who informed me that the underhood fuse box internal relay for the washer system is defective. The dealer stated that the whole board needs to be replaced since they do not do individual component repairs. The cost for this service with labor is $763.00.
Is there a cheaper alternative to this? This is just way too expensive.
