I would bet that your driveshaft is bent. Try disconnecting the driveshaft from the rear end, rotate the driveshaft 180 degrees and reconnect it and see if that solves your problem. If it doesn't, then you have either a bent driveshaft or bad U-joints.
You said you've checked your U-joints, but have you had your driveshaft checked at a shop for balance? It doesn't cost much, average price for a driveshaft balance is around $40-60.
