For some reason my turn signals decided not to work today, its all four turn signals, and the indicators on the dash. I check the fuse and its okay, from there im pretty much lost, i have a 91 caprice.

Sounds like the flasher unit. Most cars are about $5 for a new flasher unit and they simply pull out and plug in. Go to an auto parts store and they will help you with it.

Make sure you have power to the fuse, if so then yeah, probably the flasher.

under the dash , round about a inch tall . ask for one at the auto parts store , then you'll know

It should be under the dashboard on the drivers side. It's a small silver piece of metal about the diamater of a half dollar coin. If you can't locate it, the auto parts store personnel will assist you.

Not sure if it's the same on a 91, but on mine it plugs into the fuse block.
