Alright, on my 1994 Impala SS the turn signal wont "click" its self back up after I turn on the LEFT side only after i complete a turn. The right side works fine, but on the left I have to manually pull it up after I turn to turn on the blinker. Give me some feedback

Broken canceling spring, its in the column.

That cost alot to fix?or is it easy enough to have a frend of mine fix it?
