I have a stock 1992 350 tbi with 148000 mile... would it hold up to the boost. Not trying to put 20psi to it but if it can hold it. .. why not ...

I would guess the biggest choking point would be the heads. They already don't flow good enough as is. Would be a waste of money unless you maybe swapped to vortec heads, done the ultimate tbi mods with 454 injectors. And then find someone to tune it. And you would still probably have fuel issues.

First off find out your stock compression. Then do a compression test. Fuel is easy to take care of. I'm trying to answer your question whether can hold a turbo or not. Short answer yes. We just have to figure a few things out first. I could go on and on. Just get the compression test done and I can tell you what type of turbo and how many PSI you can run. I've been dealing with turbos for awhile. EG. My nickname is really turbotodd
