Have a 2004 Impala LS, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Mitsubishi Galant.

Just put a pair of the "newer" Sylvania Silverstar ULTRAs 9006 (90 angle) low beams in the Impala, and the Silverstar "older" non-ULTRA 9006XS (straight angle) in the Jeep, and left the Galant normal.

I like the Silverstars because they are whiter than the normal halogens,
but the life of the bulbs (compared to standard) is reduced A LOT.
We'll see how long these actually last.

i run silverstar ultras in my impala and i must say they do not dissapoint. i havent noticed any dimming or anything and ive had them for almost two years. i think that even if they did dim out a little, it would still beat the stcok output. i love them so far, but well see if they just burn out one day i guess.
