I decided to finally paint the front grill I think it turned out okay for my first attempt. I was thinking about doing a black bow tie but I'm not sure now and I also replaced the rear badge.

Sorry for the crappy pics the weather here in FL has been bad all week.

I haven't been here in awhile! I was out of state for some military stuff and while I was gone I was seriously contemplating on holding off on modding the Impala to save up for a 2012-2014 Caprice PPV! But coming home and getting back to her I enjoy this car too much and not to mention parts are cheap and repairs are easy with this car. Since I've been back I scored a few deals at the scrap yard:

I'll have to take a few pics tomorrow, I'm not sure if I'm liking the black SS/LTZ type spoiler on my car. I may be painting that soon (more than likely I will lol). I also went back to stock taillights. The led's started to hyperflash lately and I don't want to bother with load resisters, so off they go!

Nice pick up, you always find what you are looking for at junkyards :eek:k3:

What do you plan on doing with the LEDS tail lights? :devil

I think if you put the SS spoiler on then il go ahead and throw on the lip spoiler on mine.
I, for one, am glad that I never purchased the LED "light bar" taillights. Personally, I just don't like the look when installed and they seem kind of cheap to me. I do, however, love my professionally-tinted stock taillights though (as most of you know, I'm not a big LED fan - at least not on this car, which was not designed for LEDs).
@silver4door - if I were you, I'd take the stock headlights to a body shop and get them professionally-tinted. So much nicer than the rattle-can tint that you do yourself. The finish is *so* glossy and it *stays* super glossy over time (without needing to polish them for days, which fades over time anyway). Very durable finish. And the look so awesome tinted...

I have no use for the LED tails now, you want them?
I got the spoiler on already took a few pics and you could have been put the lip spoiler on lol I don't see it as copying

Yeah I'm actually really satisfied with the stock taillights now that they are back on. I was thinking about getting them professionally tinted with vinyl because I want it to be just a tad bit dark, to the point to were most people couldn't tell it was tinted unless they saw another impala next to mines.

Want as in free? private message prices please, I'm interested. @silver4door

I have plans for the impala now, just have to make it happen
If @1impalavision1 doesn't take them, I might. Depending on price. Swapping of the LED's would be simple. Cut them open with a hot knife and reseal.

Now that I think about it, if they hyper flash with the built in resistors more then likely it will need more then a PNP resistor.
