I have a 65 Impala and wanted to put 18x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the back, and i keep seeing different backspacing options for rims, What measurment of backspacing can i put in the rear to get the biggest lip without any cutting of the wheelwell or rubbing? I want a fat lip in the back and a decent lip in the front. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well The Best Thing To Do Is Drive The Car Down To A Rim Shop And Have Them Test Fit Some On For You. They Will Be Happy To Do It And This Way You Get Actual Results. Another Way Is To Measure The Rim Spacing On The Rims You Have On There Now And See How Much Room You Have On Either Side To Add Or Take Away. Just Get A Ruler Or Tape Measure And Try To Measure From The Mating Surface Of The Drums To Where The Inner And Outer Fender Wells Begin. Its Easier To Do With The Rims Off But Some Eye Balling Will Still Have To Be Done!
