Hey everyone,

Just joined the forums as I have recently purchased a 2003 Impala 3400. I actually pick it up today. The car only has 80k miles and is in mint condition except some beat up hub caps. I've always been pretty anti steel wheels anyway and have started looking for some factory alloy replacement or some aftermarkets. After searching on these forums a little bit I've noticed a lot of people mention the offsets and hub bore being an issue due to hubcentric wheels. I have no experience with this and just want to make sure I don't throw on wheels that are going to damage my car. Basically my question is, I know the lug pattern didn't change over most generations but did the offset and hub bore? I found these wheels on craigslist and just want to know if they'll fit my '03. Thanks for your help guys and I look forward to being a member of the community.

No prob man. If you do some searching your questions are better explained as far as rim compatibility. My rims arw from a chrysler 300. Same bolt pattern, no need for hub rings and the offset is where it needs to be. You can fit charger, 300 and some challenger wheels on your impala. Even mustang rims fit but it fits a bit snug.

The rims you are looking at were standard equipment on 2000-2005 Impala LS models. They will fit. The 16 inch alloys rims used the 2006-2013 Impala LT models as well as the newer 16 inch aluminum rims used on the 2012-2013 LS models will fit. Pretty much any 16 inch rim used on a GM FWD car will fit as long as the bolt pattern and offset is the same. So 16 inch rims used on the 2000-2007 Monte Carlo will fit as well as the 16 inch rims used on the 1997-2009 Pontiac Grand Prix will fit. I could name a lot more cars. You have a lot of options. If I were you I would get a set of 16 inch rims in good to great condition. No point of investing in rims in bad shape unless the price is really cheap. Even beat up rims look better than steel rims w/wheel covers. Good Luck.
