Howdy, all -

So, just within the last day, the hatch window on the wagon is not only unwilling to stay up, but comes down pretty hard if allowed to do so. I'm pretty sure the struts/lifts/whatever you call them on the sides are giving, although they've never had trouble before. As well, I changed out the wiper blades twice in the last day - the first pair were troublesome - and I'm wondering if they may have had something to do with it. I now have a 15" winter boot blade on there, if that helps. I just don't get why suddenly that window is d-e-t-e-r-m-i-n-e-d to come down so forcefully - I checked to be sure the wiper isn't getting lodged between the glass and wagon body, and that just ain't happening.

Any tips? Thanks from me and the Tillie Wagon...

I would put a new set of struts on it. Normally even if one goes out the other will not hold it up. It is shutting harder due to the lack of resistance from the worn struts.
