So I swapped out my stock radio for an after market one and some subs. My problem is that when ever I turn the beat up, my rear view mirror moves uncontrollably. It gets to the point that I can't use it and have to reposition it all the time. Anyone have this problem? Is there a fix I can do? Should I just replace the rear view with an after market one? I have a 2001 Impala with Onstar which is currently disabled.

LOL yeah there is, remove the subs.......

No matter how tight you get the mirror it will vibrate from the bass. My stock stereo in mine gets rear view to move little bit when I crank it.
I've never seen a car with subs that mirror didnt vibrate or something else fall off, like the mirror or trunk emblams or trunk luggage rack.
