If I put on a extended trailing arm kit do I need to put on a different driveshaft and if i do any suggestions

from what ive read it seems to be better to get a ext d/s, but some say u can get away with it,depends on the purpose in what your doing with the car (dragin,xcross etc) also to if u change gear ratios u should get the d/s balanced anyway if using the stocker, aftermkt d/s should come already bal.theres also the offset shock spacers. pinion snubber, not sure how much play there is in the brake hose that goes from the frame to the top of the rear end,if u get the adjustable uppers t/arm you'll need to adjust for the correct pinion angle,if your lowering the car to i have idea what would be effected, never the less its a bunch of money to do it right,but damn it does make a big differance in its appearence imo

I'm assuming a 91-96 b-body? If extending 1/2 inch, new driveshaft may not be needed. If 3/4", then a new driveshaft is definitely recommended.
