I have a 1989 Volvo 240 DL wagon that I have just completed a drive train transplant from a totaled 96 Impala SS. I sent the PCM in for reprogramming to enginewiring.com I was satisfied except now under fullthrottle it will bounce off the rev limitor. I can send the PCM back & they can fix it or I can find a programmer like a hypertech & change the shift points & rev limiter myself. I see in the classified section of this website a couple of NEC programmers. My question is will this do what I need it to do?
I have never heard of this programmer.Thanks in advance!
