um i would check your trans fluid low fluid makes the car shaky when stopping have you checked your brake pads ???? idk y the light is on never had mine on but id get it checked at a brake shop 1st

Hello every1 I am a new member here and i would like to ask a couple of questions or three about my impala ss 95 if any1 has the answer or maybe some suggestions i would REALLY appreciate it. First is why when i put my car on drive or reverse does it start to shake and the idle seems to slow down like it wants to shut down but this only happens when i put on drive or reverse not on parking, also once I am at about 10-15 mphs it stops but when im slowing down at the red light it starts to shake again right before i make a complete stop and once i completely stop it continues to shake like its going to shut down? My second question is that my ABS light goes on and stays that way and due to that now my break pedal feels like it gets stiff when i hit the break? Please any1 if you think you can help i really want to hear about it. Thankyou very much.

thanks i will check egr"s .. i have smaller tires on the front because i put 20s on the back but it started raining so i dint get to my front rims so they are 17s. But the thing is that when i break the break pedal gets hard and fells like it rattles never had that before and it happens when i hit the breaks suddenly like the break pump is no good cant explain exactly how it feels but its something like that. All fluids are good. i did a tune up but stiil rattles.. I will check the EGRs though.. THANKYOU guys i really appreciate the help if you have any ideas about the break pedal please let me know.
so another thing u might want to check is your caliper bolts have rubber o rings that go inside of tem mine were shot ( i think because trans fluid or oild leaked on them ) but there only like $2.50 and take maybe 1 hour to do both sides ( my caliper would move until i hit the brake then it would turn with the rotor a little stopping the noise i would hear took me a while too figure it out ....
