Another member with an LFX recently had to get their timing chain replaced (under warranty). So it may be an issue with the '12+
I can dig up the thread, but I don't know if it's pertinent. If you still have some powertrain warranty left, go make the dealership check it out, as it should be covered if it's timing, crank, or cam related. Not sure if sensors would fall under that umbrella though
