Oil depends on what you use. Normal oil every 3k, synthetic oil up to 8k.
Buy your self a Chilton's or Haynes repair manual. In the front of these are the recommended maintenance items and times, plus much valuable how-to's for your car. I have found having both manuals helps the best for what one does not cover the other usually does.
If you have the owners manual that came with the car (generally in the glove box), you can find all regular maintenance items in a schedule.
Wether you have the owners manual or not, spending 20 bucks on the Haynes manual is a great investment, as it shows images and has instructions to complete regular maintenance items. A very handy tool to have for a do-it-yourselfer.
