Oil depends on what you use. Normal oil every 3k, synthetic oil up to 8k.

Buy your self a Chilton's or Haynes repair manual. In the front of these are the recommended maintenance items and times, plus much valuable how-to's for your car. I have found having both manuals helps the best for what one does not cover the other usually does.

Any time you have a question just ask.

If you have the owners manual that came with the car (generally in the glove box), you can find all regular maintenance items in a schedule.

Wether you have the owners manual or not, spending 20 bucks on the Haynes manual is a great investment, as it shows images and has instructions to complete regular maintenance items. A very handy tool to have for a do-it-yourselfer.

Larger automotive stores like Napa should carry them. They're called Haynes Manuals. The guy behind the counter will know what you're talking about.
