LED blinkers wont turn off.

Hey guys, so I have successfully swapped my DRL/turn signals with switch back LEDs and installed resistors to alleviate hyperflashing. My girlfriend wanted to do the same on her 01 Eclipse so I put LEDs (non-switchback) in her DRL/blinkers and they worked fine up until tonight when I installed resistors to alleviate the hyperflashing, and now the blinkers stay on on the cluster. Theres no more hyperflashing, based on the audible noise the blinker makes. But the blinkers don't actually blink because they're always "on".

I used a tester light to make sure I connected the resistors to the blinker wires and not the DRLs.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I would suggest the resistors perhaps pooched the flasher unit. Perhaps find a HD flasher, like one you would put in if you wired for a trailer.
