My 2014 LTZ came with 1 key fob, can i just buy another one from amazon or ebay and program it myself or is that a dealer only job??

A GM dealer part’s department can order a new key fob with the key cut if you have your VIN (or VIN and key code) and identification that proves ownership (such as insurance certificate, vehicle registration, driver license, etc.).
