Hi folks, so here's the issue.

1. AC blows hot air on driver side, cold air on passenger side.

2. I removed the driver side blend door actuator. With a pair of pliers, I can manually adjust the door with no issue, but the air temperature does not change. There is nothing obstructing the door as I can open or close it with no issue.

3. What else can it be? I have looked through all of the forums here and apparently I'm missing something here. The AC compressor is working fine, I checked...it is engaged, everything is spinning etc.

PLEASE...somebody help. It's hot.

Did you try moving the shaft with the HVAC operating?

Almost sounds like the shaft is turning, but the door isn't moving. If there's some change in temp, but not enough, maybe the seals on the door aren't there.

If you have air flow on the drivers side but its warm on the drivers side and cold on the passengers side, it could be as simple as low freon.[

The freon level is showing as low in my gauge, so I'm going to try that and I'll follow up. Thanks so much!
