I have an 03 Impala. Will the 06-08 Hubcaps fit? If not, does anyone know why? I'd really like to get those, instead of the police caps.

Both models of the impala have the same bolt pattern, offset and both wheels have the same diameter.

yes they will fit. the same way a 16" hubcap from autozone will fit. as long as its the same size, you are good.
