Lower deflectors are these things below your front bumper:

Does anyone know how easy is it to replace these? Mine have been scraped badly after a year of going up steep driveways.

Also a side question - does the Impala have active air shutters? I don't think so right.

The two pieces are very easy to replace. They are held in place with 7 or 8 mm screws.

The 9th generation Impala does not have active air shutters.

I own a 2014 Impala 2LTZ.

I stand partially corrected. Research shows the active aero shutters became standard on the 2018 Impala.

I believe the shutters were standard on the Impala with the 2.4 engine with eAssist.

On the 2014 & 2015 V-6 models, the shutters were not present.

I bought a new 2014 Impala 2LTZ and it does not have the active shutters - so the chart above is inaccurate.
