I have a 2015 Chevy Impala LT Limited, after installing multiple ballasts, few different pairs of bulbs and 2 different relay harnesses and 2 different ways of using capacitors, 1 at the relay and then 1 directly inline. I still have flickering happening. Anything I may be doing wrong would be appreciated. The capacitors were ran inline with the relay harness and not with the headlight harness, I basically only used the headlight harness for the headlight signal.

I had the same problem with my 2014 Impala. You have to run the factory wiring harness directly into the capacitor ( you only need one capacitor ), then run the capacitor into the relay harness. The relay harness will go to the battery and into ballast. another cord coming out of the ballast will go to the bulb. The relay harness should have another line leading to the ballast on the other side if the vehicle for the other bulb, set it up the same way
