Not sure if this is the right place to post this so sorry in advance.
I have a 2006 Impala SS and I'm having an issue with my brights turning on when I use my turn signal. It started when turning my turn signal on to make a right turn and now it has progressed into using the signal for either direction. It seems to only happen at night while the automatic headlights are on or/and when its super cold out.

Any ideas on what is going on or how i could fix this? thanks in advance for any help that may come out of this.

It's not the right place, but I will move it for you.

You need to replace your dimmer switch, rockauto has pretty good prices on them. That's not a guess btw, I have dealt with this specific problem before.

A couple of the screws are a pain to get to, but it can pretty much be done by anybody.
