So as yall kno I drive a 08 impala SS. Well my mom loves mine so much she went and bought an impala to. And this is it....

She loves the car, but complains that its not "sporty" enough for her. Now she knows its not gonna be fast, but what Can she do to make it more of a looker.(and please don't say put 28 inch blades on that bitch!!)

I tell her rims, but Idk what kinda rims to put on one.

Looks like she's got a bit of tint on there now, so that's checked off. Honestly, simple. LTZ 10 spoke (or 5 double spoke, whatever you wanna call it) and a spoiler would be instant gratification. I'd say start there, see what she thinks. That way it has an OEM look, but looks like it's not a 80 y/o man's car. Looks like an LT? I think I see fogs, but can't tell.

It Is an LT, good eye. Haha, Yeah dealer threw in tint when She bought I, she's Got A spoiler on the way, I was kinda thinkin of plastidipping my stock SS rims And letting her put them on?

If you plastidip them then you're starting a black trim theme like you have on your car. IDK if that's what you want or not. Another thing to the list above would be chrome door handles.

I'd try the plasti-dipped SS rims. Even if she doesn't like them, you're only out the cost of the plasti-dip(unless you don't have tires on the rims).

Maybe some of the black depo headlights, or show her some pics of the halo headlights. She might like those too. LED tail lights could be a possibility.


Also, if she's not a fan of your SS rims get on tirerack and show her some of the rims on there. At least she can see them before she buys.

Id say let her use the SS wheels. Replace that chrome piece thats on the trunk or paint it the same color as the car. Window tint. And lower the car about a half inch (maybe). That is if the SS wheels doesn t close up the gap some. Go to ebay and get the SS honeycomb grill. That should be as close to a sporty look without going over board so to speak.

get the bowtie less grille for the front. I put it on my SS and it looks mean in the rear view mirror.
