I own a 2 door 1972 hardtop. I joined the forum in hopes that I would be able to find and share information about replacement parts. In my recent search of the internet, there seems to be a void of information for 4th generation Impalas.

I'm currently finishing up the end of a 12 month deployment to Iraq with the Marine Corps and I'm planning on doing some major body work and repairs in Summer '08... so I'm here trying to get a head start.

Hello Bob and welcome to the forum. I hope this forum helps answer all of your questions. That is a nice picture you are using. Is this your particular car? I own a 1977 Impala that I am customizing. I am starting a list of websites that help with getting parts for all the Impalas. If you have a some, would you send me a Private Message with the ones you use. Yes, that one is mine. :smile: I got lucky with the camera when I took that picture. It makes it look nicer than it really is.
