Hi everyone...Well I found the front and rear splash guards for my car on Ebay. so that was this weekends project.. I've always liked them. They protect the rocker panels and back bumper from road debris, mostly rock chips. This car has the telltale sandblast effect on the lower rear bumper which these could have been prevented had they been installed originally..A word to the wise...the screws you need to remove from the wells and replace on the guard are the tiniest torx heads I've ever seen. They strip out easily with any force and then you have to dremel a slot for a flat blade screw driver to get them out. Luckly they give you some new ones with the sets.Takes a bit more time too working in tight spaces since I can't put the car on a lift and remove the wheels which I'm sure the dealer would do along with presenting you a huge bill. I think they look great and finish off the bottom of the car nicely.
