New owner of a 2006 SS. Had a 2004 GTO with over 500 to the tires but with my newborn baby girl they just didn't go well together. Being a previous owner of a 1996 Impala SS and now a 06 SS owner I can honestly say that I am impressed with GM and the work they put into this car. I personally like this car better then my 96. I plan on just doing two basic mods to her. Diablo Programmer and CAI. No mod bug for me in the grocery getter.

I guess I'll have to put on the flame suit. The one and only thing that was WONDERFUL about the 96 was the shifter on the floor. Well 10 years later they did it again.:smile:
