Blows harder when I go over bumps Could I fix this myself? There is little to no air being blown out unless you crank it to high. Sometimes when you start the car even on high the fan doesn't work, it just comes on after a few minutes. Then when you go over bumps, the fan speeds up for a second when the car lifts up as you drive. I think it may be a loose connection of something, but I don't even know where to look first. Help.......

Check ground wire/s. Sounds like something is loose. If all are tight, Check the rheostat that controls the fan speeds....typically next to the blower fan itself, should have a couple small screws/ or bolts holding it on with one plug in connector attached to the bottom of it.
