I don't know it this is normal or if its messed up. In the mornings when I go and start my car for it to warm up I let it run for about 10 min . then when I get in , it's still freezing cold . After driving for about 5 min. it'll warm up . If I don't let me car warm up it'll talk about 15-20 for it to get warm . Is something wrong with it?

I do not believe so. It seems that the cars that have been produced sence at least the mid 90's don't want to warm up untill there is a driving load put upon them. My mom's 94 Plymouth Sundace does the exact same thing. A 97 Nissan pickup I had also did it.
