Has anyone checked the wiring from the blend door to the control head? Sounds like a wire is messed up. Check the ground wires and then do a continuity check between the connectors at the blend door and the control head. You may need a wiring diagram for this. If you do not have one then I may be able to look one up for you. If you need one please let me know.
