I was wondering if there is a glove box light in the 2018 Impala Premier. I thought I remembered having it, but now I can't see any place for a bulb to go.

I own a 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LTZ, equipped with a glove compartment light.

The light was removed from the Impala in the 2015 and later models. The HD radio was also changed to non-HD in the 2015 models. The standard sunroof on the LTZ (now Premier) models was made optional in 2015 and later models.

At one point (not sure of the year), the door panel blue-light stripe was removed from the rear doors. Does your model have the rear-door blue-light stripe?

The stripe was removed from the 2017's and later.

From GM parts website, looks like you still can buy the part and install it yourself. THough not sure how hard that will be:

2015 impala rear door:

2017 impala rear door: (missing parts 21 and 13 - led lights)
