Unless they are rotted out and chunks missing I would leave them be. I had new ones go out in under warranty 2 years after I purchased it new. They started squawking the next winter. It goes away in the summer. Try spraying them down with AT205 transmission sealer fluid. Let it sit overnight. It helps but won't stop the squeaking completely. Just make sure you coat the whole thing and just not one side of it. I did all my bushings with this spray. It will rejuvenate and make those bushings swell up a little bit. Cheaper than replacing all the bushings. Hope this helps you.
