I finally picked up some 08 SS wheels and tires off of craigslist that I've been looking for since I bought the car. $400 for the set k3: not bad!

FYI - these picture were taken inside my buddy's 04 9C3, not my 01 LS.

Nice find!!!!!! Lots of folks say they don't like 8th gen SS rims, but they are my second favorite factory rim ever (1st is the 2000-2005 Deville DTS rims).

I've seen some on craigslist around, but they're even harder to find than the SS wheels it seems. (Although, as soon as I picked up this set, like 4 more sets appeared on craigslist. It took me 5 months just to find a set on craigslist in the first place :bang

Yes. About an inch out back and 1.5 up front should take care of this nicely. Photoshop to illustrate the point:
