make your own panels. its alot cheaper. go to home depot, get yourself 5 gallons of drywall mud, a gallon of fiberglass resin, some fiberglass matt and some mdf and some cheap linnen sheets. make a box out of the mdf that fits within 2 inches of your bumper. spray the stock bumper down with cooking oil or rub it down with crisco, cut the linnens into easily manageable strips, water down the drywall mud a little, soak the linnens in drywall mud and start covering the outside surface area of the bumper without wraping around to the inside of the bumper. when the mold dries, carefully pull it off the bumper and attach it inside the box to keep it from cracking. again spray the inside of the mold down with pam cooking oil so it will release the fiberglass. paint a layer of resin on the inside of the mold with a paint brush and start laying in strips of mat adding resin between layers untill the desired thickness is achieved. when your bumper cures, pull it out and immediately wash it with dish soap. dish soap will cut all the cooking oil off and make it possible for bondo and paint to stick to it. smoothe the bumper out with a DA and add bondo to any air pockets or pinholes.
