Hey ImpalaForums.com Members, this is the official exhaust clip thread for this forum! We've had many people customizing the sound of their ride, and it's about time we organized it for others to hear!

WHAT TO DO:

-Please start by telling us the year, make, model, and motor.
-Next, let us know what kind of exhaust set up you have. We wanna hear everything from stock, to muffler replacements, to full headers + catback systems!
-Final step, please post a link or embed your video to this thread!

If you need help figuring out how to embed videos please visit this link:

Ohh my goodness Don, I can barely hear the exhaust over the screaming noise.. you should park outside of the garage and place the camera on the ground by the tips

Impaler, sounds awesome!!!

Hopefully these videos will give everyone a little better idea of what removing resonators will do sound wise.

Sounds real nice Impaler. I just checked your videos out on my Youtube TV app. Your car looks great too!

ImpSS07, try getting the mic away from the pipes. Most cameras have the gain set way too high on the mic to get a good sound close up. Try to get 15'-20' away from the car to get all the tone, not just the lows. Watching that cutout open was pretty cool though.

Last summer Flowmaster Super 10 mayhem. Same pipe diameter as above, except with 4 inch tips.

2010 - 98 Buick Regal GS Supercharge 3800 cold air intake/ mostly stock

I forgot to put in the description here that the mufflers are dumped at the axle too.

Thanks King.

Yeah it does. Hopefully it is only a few more days until that Pink gets here.

Actually running him right now listening to the new rumble of his idle. Such a relaxing sound.

Yup... that is what a straight piped (you still have a cat I assume) V6 should sound like. I like it.

I was expecting more of the 8th Gen SS Impala's w/flowmaster's and other types of mufflers on them !?

I'll have to take some before and after vidyo....when I do mine...I just bought it yesterday.

I'll keep searching for some sound clips tho !
