^That's like me trying to pick out a car. :)

Anyway, here's the BBody stats

Wheelbase 115.9 in (2,944 mm)
Length 214.1 in (5,438 mm)
Width 77 in (1,956 mm)
Height 54.7 in (1,389 mm)

Quick question. Wouldn't it be easier to use a regular vette instead of a ZR1? Cause more people wreck them more than almost any other car I believe.

Wheelbase
105.7*in (2,685*mm)
Length
174.6*in (4,435*mm)
175.6*in (4,460*mm) (Z06)
Width
72.6*in (1,844*mm)
75.9*in (1,928*mm) (Z06)
Height
Coupe: 49*in (1,245*mm)
2005–06 Convertible: 49.2*in (1,250*mm)
2007–09 Convertible: 49.1*in (1,247*mm)
Z06 Coupe: 49.0*in (1,245*mm)
2010– Convertible: 48.7*in (1,237*mm)

B-body....meh....not much reason to go back in time for power and technology, no disrespect to them, but it cause problems for sniffer tests and whatnot.

My08 - yeah, it prolly would be way easier to find them wrecked, I would just want to get the LS9 LOL so that's why I picked the ZR-1, besides, some of the lesser vettes don't have the adjustable suspension!

Might be able to get a good engine in a bid, too. :)
A rolling chassis is the minimum you want to get, it will have all the required components, I've seen them on ebay from time to time for various corvettes, I think I saw a Z06 for like 10k had everything, wiring harness, ecm, LS7, 6spd, driveshaft, front and rear suspension and axels/wheels, gas tanks, exhaust....everything!

That site looks like it'd be crazy cheaper, I've got it bookmarked, gonna have to watch that, I've only ever used ebay for my research haha

I......just......can't.......compute......ERROR.....ERROR.....ERROR....

I just think you had to crawl into/out of too many of them growing up or something and now you have a deep seeded irrational dislike/phobia developed haha

one word....manu-matic! i LOVE paddle shifters!! Nothing more pure than shifting without taking your hands off the wheel, now that's driving at it's finest!!

I don't think it should matter which color you show it in!! My heart flutters everytime I see one! It don't even have to be a V, I just melt upon sight!!! That thing is pure man as it sits....mean and brutal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only problem I have with these is that for some reason, the rear wheel flare makes the wheel look tiny compared to the front...needs like a 20" or something bigger to fill it up more, or open up the wheel opening or both.

I drove a 98 S10. 2 door. I think that's why. My SIS has a mustang. I hated it. Just always been a 4 door kinda guy.

yes, the site is mad cheap. THis is the first time I've ever seen it.

I love paddle shifters so much more than just manual. No clutch. No miss shift. None of that. by far the best type of manual there is to me.

Their fixing to make a cts-v wagon.:)
