I have a 58 chevy and cant tell if it is a ss it has a 347 and a three on the tree trans and a body # s 3969. trim #of 806style# 58-1847 thank you.

No, the SS didn't come out until the early 1960s. I think it was 1964, but I'm not sure of the exact year.
