Judging by some of the other "colors" in the photo, I'm fairly comfortable saying it was black, it could have been a really really dark blue though.. :dunno: I'd be real surprised if it was a really dark red, or green. Been a number of years since I thought in the grey scale though, so it's a only a fairly educated guess.

I dunno, it's a pretty good match to that backdrop on the fence in the background, both in the sun, and in the shade... I doubt it's red too...

Also, I think Photoshop has a feature that converts B&W to color, so if you know anyone with the program, maybe they can do it?

Well, most of his cars after 54 were red but his original 62 was Blue and I could say that the pic could definately be blue to me. But not 100 percent.

Here is the Butch Leal Driven 1963 Chevy "Suddenly" build this car by using the Revell 1963 Chevy kit and our decal number RL-2391. The car Was "Chevy Royal Blue" the actual factory color was called "Monaco Blue Metallic". The interior was a two tone light blue.

Deals on Wheels had one for sale. Not sure that it still may be there. Only about 2500 miles in it, maybe less! I think it is one of about 7 known to exist....
