Hey everyone my name is Danny I own a 2015 impala ltz 3.6l v6 with flex fuel and I was wondering if any of you know whether I would have a 6T45 or a 6T70 all i know is that both of these are 6 speed automatics (I think these both have dual clutch or CVT I’m not quite sure) It has a “manual” mode as well

If the transmission is original you should be able to look at the options sticker (usually in the trunk on the spare tire cover) and see which RPO codes you have as one of them will indicate the transmission model. The code should start with a M. Here is a link that should help you decode the code as to your transmission - RPO Codes Decoder - GM Chevrolet Buick Cadillac - Regular Production Option

No CVT found any documents you should revisit that source. Might actually have been CVVT (continous variable valve timing). Easy to confuse.

Re: 29's advice visit your RPO codes see above). Following will provide the likely RPO codes you should find on yours.
