Hello all,

I'm in the process of adding blue LEDs to my interior. I'm thinking of getting rid of the 'Chevy Green' that came with my '08 Impala's cluster and replacing it with blue LEDs to match the rest of the interior but wasn't sure how it would look.

Does anybody have blue LEDs in their cluster or a similar mod? Any pics?

Any help very appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response! One of the complaints I've heard is that the LEDs aren't bright enough. have you had issues with this? From pictures, I say it looks fine. Do you know if the wedge 5x 194s from Super Bright LEDs are sufficient?

That's not mine. I wish I had mine done. You'll need to remove the cluster, removed the lights, then wire in LEDs. It's not the 194s you use for the interior, it's a special bulb, I think they have a special section or something for cluster lights. Then you solder them onto the sockets and it should be done. You'll want someone else to give a better walkthrough, more detail, but that's the jist.
